PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup (AKT) was first established as PT Swabara Guna on 11 September 1992, and changed its name to PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup on 25 February 1998. It was granted a 3rd generation Coal Contract of Work (CCOW) by the Indonesian Government on 31 May 1999. AKT was incorporated as a domestic owned company (PMDN) and subsequently became a foreign owned company (PMA) in 2005, with no requirements for further divestment to local parties. BLEM gained full management control of AKT through the acquisition of 30% of the shares of the company in October 2007. It acquired a further 69% of AKT shares in December 2009.

We are currently seeking talented and energic staff to fill the following vacant positions:

1. Pump Supervisor (PS)

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or equivalent.

• Minimum Experience 10 years in same position

• Having experience in large scale mine dewatering system is a must

• Having experience with multi flow pumps is a must

• Having ability to organize crews and equipment to maximize pump efficiency

• Able to understand and implement good piping and pumping systems

• Able to document and follow up with pump maintenance and procedures

• Able to liaise with mine engineers and management

• Computer literate

• Good communication skill in English both verbal and written

2. Safety Construction Coordinator (SCC)

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any field.

• Maximum age 40 Years old

• Have POP and AK3 License

• Previous experience in a varied OHS role and organization, Preferably in Construction / Mining Industry

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position

• Familiar to conduct safety audit, investigation and reporting incident

• Computer literate

• Good communication skill in English both verbal and written

3. Maintenance Planner (MP)

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any field.

• Maximum age 40 Years old

• Handling generate weekly, monthly component change out planned for the all Plant and equipment

• Able to analyze and provide feedback for the individual Plant maintenance costs.

• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position

• Computer literate

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

4. External Reporting Officer (ERO)

Qualification :

• Maximum age 30 years old

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or Forestry.

• Specialist to prepare a number of reports, such as Monthly / Tertiary Magazine Usage Report, Monthly / Tertiary Environmental Report

• Handling any duties in administration

• Computer literate

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

5. Quality Control Geologist (QCG)

Qualification :

• Approximately 35 years old (can be relaxed for experienced candidates)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Geology

• Preferably an experienced Geologist with coal quality job (1 – 5 years)

• Subject knowledge, strong leadership and good analytical skill

• Computer literate

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

6. Senior Long / Short Term Engineer (SLTE) / (SSTE)

Qualification :

• Max. age 40 years old

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Mine Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology Engineering

• Minimum 3 years experience as an engineer or supervisor in open pit coal mining area

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill, good analytical and focus on detail

• Have Skill in MS Project, Minescape, Minex, AutoCAD, Mine Scheduling Software, TALPAC

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

7. Long Term Engineer (LTE)

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Mine Engineering

• Minimum 3 years experience as an engineer or supervisor in open pit coal mining area

• Having strong leadership and interpersonal skill, also good analytical thinking ability and focus on detail

• Have Skill in Minex, Mine Schedulling Software

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

8. Environmental Superintendent (ENVSPT)

Qualification :

• Max. age 45 years old

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, Earth Science or its equivalent

• Minimum 10 years experience in the mining industry. Have experiences in coal mining project (in Owners / PKP2B would be an adventage).

• Strong technical skills in environmental management and interpersonal skills

• Have a POM License

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

9. Drill & Blast Engineer

Qualification :

• Max. age 30 years old

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years experience as drill & blast engineer in coal mining contractors.

• Strong technical skills in drill and blast software

• Have a POP License

• Min. Class II Blaster Course

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

10. HR Manager

Qualification :

• Max. 45 years old

• Bachelor degree in Psychology / Industrial Engineering / Law

• Minimum 15 years experience (5 years in same position) in mining company or forest plantation industry

• Excellent knowledge in Industrial Relation , HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling & General Affairs

• Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

• Fluent in English and Bahasa
