Responsibilities:

Supervise branch operations and administrative activitiesCoordinating with all parts around the bank to provide excellent customer service level and customer satisfaction in branchMaintaining best operational risk including CDD and all legal aspects

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable universityGood people management and interpersonal skillsHaving experience at least (2 or 3) years as Supervisor in operational bankingHaving good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practicesHaving ability to operate Ms. Word and Ms. Excel wellGood communication skills in both verbal and writing (having proficiency in English is preferred)
